Outsurance provides quick and efficient service

I just want to share my experience with Outsurance this morning. After having a silly incident with my car last Friday, I called them half an hour after my incident to report it and lodge my claim. The call centre agent, Mary Bokaba provided excellent service on the phone and assisted me with ease, assuring me that all will be sorted out once she had the details of the incident. Everything was arranged for Monday morning, and I had a happy weekend knowing Outsurance was going to sort out my car. Today I met with Simphiwe to have my car assessed, he assisted me in a friendly and professional manner and confirmed when he was done that my claim was authorized and I will be contacted soon to have my car booked in. I would like to thank Simphiwe, Mary, and Outsurance for the wonderful and efficient service received. I feel so relieved knowing my car will be sorted out with no hassle and fuss and not having to phone so many people or keep following up on my claim. Thank you, you guys rock!
