Outsurance provided total peace of mind.

I recently collided into a stationary vehicle with my car, which left a scratch on the other car. A private quotation came close to R5 000. I did not have that money, so I decided to work through my insurance. I thought that I will have to pay my excess amount apart from loosing my Outsurance no claim bonus. I contacted Outsurance and was helped by Kuben Naidoo. He provided me with a claim no. which I had to provide to the owner of the stationary vehicle. He in return had to contact the legal department from Outsurance with that number. As I expected, I lost my Outsurance no claim bonus, which was nothing in comparison to the R5 00 claim. I did not have to pay the excess amount as it went through as a third party claim as there was no damage to my vehicle. I was so relieved not to pay anything and for Outsurance to handle the case for me, according to Jabulani Makwela from the legal department.. I think this was an excellent service with helpful staff members and left me with total peace of mind. The third party involved responded by saying "all was good".
