Outsurance protecting their client for doing wrong

I was in an accident with Louis Ehlers who is a client of outsurance. Louis was doing an ******* u-turn at an intersection where he wasnt suppose to do a u-turn and he was looking the other way as he was not suppose to do a u-turn at that intersection. I was leaving my company and as usual crossing the road with my vehicle and then I saw him and could move out of the way or stop as he wasn't looking my way and then he crashed into me.

Louis Ehlers stated to me that he was at fault. Louis Ehlers drove into my right of way. Louis Ehlers was in the wrong crashing into me. I didnt crash into Louis Ehlers, Louis Ehlers crashed into me. He was doing an ******* u-turn I was right of way I did see Louis Ehlers but there wasn't anywhere I could go as there was on coming traffic coming and he was suppose to look before he made a u-turn which He told he didnt look.

Now Moeti Maduna a claims liability rep from Outsurance said I was wrong and I shouldnt have bumped into him to my defense I told him how the incident happened and that I could not possibly have bumped into Louis Ehlers as my car was hit from the side.

Oursurance is refusing my right to a fair claim and taking the side of Louis Ehlers an outsurance client who was in the wrong.

Good day,

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. Tshepo our legal manager contacted you to discuss the merits of the claim in detail. She discussed the reasons why we refuted liability and informed you of your rights to seek legal counsel.

Thanks, Kelvin

Best regards,
