OUTSURANCE (PROPERTY) PLEASE HELP ME

I had changed my banking details and straight after that my mom passed away suddenly. Due to this loss, I failed to advise some suppliers of my new banking details for their debit orders. Most of them sent me reminders via SMS and if they still had no joy - they then sent notification by post. Outsurance has failed to do this and at no time has anyone contacted me regarding my insurance on the property. I have had this insurance for more than 7 years.
