I would like to commend Shandre Jonck from Outsurance for attending to my call with a wonderfully positive attitude. Certainly a very happy person within, it shows in the voice and the courtesy with which I was treated. A star staff that many others could learn from. Shandre is someone who understands your query right at the beginning and very willing to please the customer.
