Outsurance Promotion = False Advertising

On the 30th June I requested Outsurance to give me a comparative quote for my car as I was looking to change. They were not able to match or better their quote in comparison to the insurance company I was with and the consultant who spoke with me offered me their promotion of paying out R500 / R1500 as a result of not giving me an affordable quote. I uploaded the documents on their website and got a call back shortly after from Lethabo Masoga saying I only qualify for the R500 and needed to send proof of cover and claim history to get the full R1500. I emailed that through to her and have still heard nothing from Outsurance, nor have I received any such payment. Very disappointed in that empty promise!
