Outsurance Promotion

This so called promotion from Outsurance that we will pay you R400 or a R600 voucher seems to be just a method to get your details and not a serious bonafide promotion and do believe that the advertising standards authorities should follow up on this. After seriously looking for a policy that suited me, I tried various companies including Outsurance, this was at the beginning of November. I received quotes and Outsurance was by far the most expensive. I spoke to one of the service agents about their quote and he told me about the promotion and what I required to claim such. I duly did all of this and supp**** the paperwork they required and chose the Kalahari voucher. After numerous follow up calls to them I was led from pillar to post and promises of return calls which never occurred. What amazes me is that their staff told me that they had received all my documentation and still almost 4 months later not a return call or any form of notification. Poor show Outsurance from what I believed to be a reputable company.
