Outsurance Promotion.

<p>Morning Sir or Madam </p> <p> </p> <p>I herewith would like to express my disatissfaction with Outsurance. The reason being is that I made a quote with them last week and they could not beat my current insurance and the consultant said to me I will recieve cash back seeing that they could not beat my car insurance. I contacted my current insurer to send me an updated policy so that they can see that my insurance is much less than theirs and they kept asking me to send an updated policy and in which i did and till today no feedback as to whether I am getting the cash back or not. I strongly feel their promotion is false because if it was legit I do not think I would be writing about this matter. Outsurance must stop promoting such things whereas they know they cannot deliever on what they are promising and promoting. It is wrong and very unprofessional. </p> <p>Not happy with Outsurance at all. </p>
