Outsurance Promo R500/1500 is a ****!!!!

I saw the recent outsurance promo on tv, were they promise if they can't beat your current car insurance premium you would get R500.00 back and if claim free for 3 years you would receive R 1500.00. I called to get a quote. The consultant said i had 3 options which were based on different excess options offered. However he only sent me the one quote and said i could email him directly if i had any further questions. However he never sent me all the quotes. When called back to get the other 2 quotes, the sales consultant was not very helpful. I advised that i want time to over the quotes and then return with questions. I told him i was at work and would like to look at the quotes when i was home. My current insurer is all round cheaper even with the excess amount. When I mentioned that it was lower that the outsurance quote the sales consultant became very evasion. I was on the phone for a good 20 minutes before I finally decided to give up since he did not want to send me the quote to compare with my current insurer. How can i claim my R1500.00 if the sales consultant will not accept that my current insurer is lower. What is the point of running a promo if you are not willing to honor it.
