OUTSURANCE PROJECT MANAGER NICKY - ONLY THE BEST

I would like to give a massive thank you to Nicky ( Project Manager) from Outsurance, we had a rather terrible experience with our kitchen burning down, It had started off a little bit rocky at the beginning of the claim procedure, not only did he go above and beyond, with assisting in getting this claim / Repair done quickly, he has shown us what after service is all about. He made an effort to come to my property to make sure the services providers work was up to standard and efficient. at a stage they were three different companies on my property all working among st my staff members, so you can understand how stressed this whole situation was, from start to finish, Nicky handled this like a champion ( And i can be very difficult in such stressful situations ) Hehe
