Outsurance - Profit over client commitment
I have been a long-standing client with Outsurance for years. My premium has gone up by 29% in an already trying time. Outsurances reason is that I have claimed on my windscreen which to date hasn't been claimed for or replaced. And that I have paid my premium late in the last 4 months... But they don't take all the years into account it was paid on time. Outsurance, how you conduct yourselves and treat longstanding clients is beyond me a little understanding goes a long way. I will ensure all my policies are moved and that my husband's personal and business policies are moved as well. Times are hard, you don't need to make 29% extra off a person for that. Totally shocking

20 Jun 2023, 11:45Hello Taylor. The last attempt to resubmit previously unpaid premium was on 14 June 2023, the day the policy was cancelled. This transaction was reversed and no further debits were raised.
