OUTsurance products and lies

So last year they asked me if they can try and beat my car insurance. In stead of paying me, they had some excuse about access on the windshield of my current insurer is R200 less than theirs so they can't pay as it is not exactly the same. Then, 3 months ago, against my better judgement I joined their pet insurance. I was told if I refer another person, they will pay R1000. My daughter joined 2 months ago. So I followed up this morning. And they said I must have more than one product with them before they pay out. Now I start to wonder - what excuses will they have if they have to pay out a claim.
