outsurance prey on Woman and lack integrity

Outsurance taking woman for granted as well as willingly treating their clients and or woman like a joke and as if they lack intelligence.

Audi Q5 in a bumper bashing with the left rear tyre damaged. These clowns only want to replace on trye. Its an All wheel drive permanent all wheel drive car.

Phone Audi Sa to hear if that is correct to which they send us a Technical letter with the correct way of doing things and thus being the fact that all 4 tyres need to be replaced due to the fact they are under 80% of the tread limit to only be able to replace one.

They are requested to deal with Mr X as Mrs X lacks the correct technical knowledge.

On the 17th they/Portia call Mr X and state all 4 tyres approved for replacement

18th the contact Mrs X only to say they have now decided to only replace 2 They are willingly taking advantage of woman besides the fact of their lack of integrity they abuse their woman clients because they know, they lack the knowledge. Sickening to say the least.

Woman put their trust in their insurance only to be taken advantage of. Shame on you outsurance.

They replace only one or two tyres‼️ They make you believe that they will put you back in the position you were in before the accident😆🤪🤡

This leaves the car undrivable after the apparent trusted repairs because ALL 4 tyres need to be replaced to prevent drive train/chain damage. Integrity zero👎👎👎

Still cant drive the car if its repaired and outsurance response is not our problem but your problem‼️🖕 What a clown circus show are these people running❓❓❓
