OUTsurance premiums
I have been with OUTsurance for 16 years and have recently called to review my car insurance premiums, unfortunately i was told that my premiums can go down however the excess on my vehicle will increase.
I am curious to know if this is the only way that OUTsurance can offer lower premiums with higher excess.

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.
Premiums can be reviewed annually however if you are still not happy with the premium review we suggest, as an alternative, to increase your excess which will reduce your premium. This remains your choice.
