Outsurance premium
When I signed up with Outsurance they gave me a very good premium compared to my previous insurance company. One year I received a 28% increase in my premium. I had a claim after someone hit me from behind which is unavoidable on my part. One of the reasons for the massive increase was that they had to pay for the repairs, go figure. Just be weary of the potential increase on the cards after your first year. I almost feel that once they have your business they can increase premiums well above inflation rate.

21 May 2024, 11:39Hello Keith
After having acknowledged your complaint, we requested our client care manager, Candy, to contact you and discuss the rerate increase with you.
Several attempts have been made to reach you and we will be grateful if you could contact us following to sms messages sent to you.
It needs to be said that premiums are rerated annually and the same rating principles are app**** as when quote was originally provided. Previous claims will have an adverse effect on the rerated premium, which sadly led to the higher increase.
Our client care manager will proceed by sending you email correspondence.
