Outsurance Poor service from sales department

Good day On the 10/05/2024 I requested a quotation for an insurance. The advisor called me and we went over the quotation stage during this time he advised about the Promo running where I will get up to R1500 back should they not be able to beat my current insurance premium I advised the consultant I want the policy to be the same as mine example the excess must be the same or better. I even emailed the consultant my policy to *** which he confirmed he received. He then said he will call me back in 10 minutes to give me the instalment amount since the 10/05/2024 no one has called me from outsurance. Imagine if i had to change over to outsurance what type of Service I will receive when I have to put in a claim.I expect a call from outsurance. If the quote cannot be beaten please pay me my money as per your promotion running.
