Outsurance - Poor Service
Good day,
Trust you are well.
One of your consultants phoned me, but I have to be really honest with you - he kept me on the phone for almost and hour babbling about stuff that I am not interested in.
I understand that you need to get the correct information - but seriously to waste a persons time like that is not nice at all.
I just want the quotation. I have requested this from this person.
I have still not received anything.

The last thing we wanted to do was waste your time and at the same token we do apologise for not sending you the quote when requested.

We escalated the matter to Nereesa our sales manager who was unsuccessful in her attempts to contact you. She subsequently sent you the quote as well as an email. Once you respond to her email she will call you to address your concerns.
