Outsurance - Poor customer service

I am busy looking for a company to insure my building and it will definitely not be Outsurance. The operator who called me was extremely arrogant when it came to by banking details. I am only looking for a quote and he had an attitude when I said I'm not comfortable with giving him this details as it is a quote. I am a customer and they need to ensure that we join their company if this happens no one will join. Even started picking a phone asking me if I want the insurance or not?!
