Outsurance Pointsmen too busy on phones

I have always had very good experiences with the Outsurance Pointsmen. Fast, efficient and friendly. But this morning it was the 3rd time that I had a dangerous situation develop at the same high speed intersection, and they were busy with their cell phones. After I honked and indicated they need to control the traffic, the one lady flipped me off. This is the intersection of Snake Valley Rd and Ben Schoeman off-ramp. This happened about 07:00 28/10/22. So either train them or take away their phones or move them to a slower intersection. People are going to get hurt soon.
