Outsurance please pay out what you have promised

Last week Tuesday Outsurance called me and did a quotation with me but unfortunately they could not match my current premium.. The gentleman then proceeded to say that I qualify for the R500 promo and an sms will be sent.. It has been over a week now and no sms was sent. I then emailed their complaints department to which I have received a call from this department. This gentleman says I no longer qualify because their t's and c's changed they now pay after 24 months because apparently I got a payout on the 29th Nov 2019, I received a call on the 30th of November 2021 for a quote.. Does that not make me qualify for the R500???
