OUTsurance pet insurance - what a joke

I considered OUTsurance for pet insurance for my 2 rescue Pekingese. The Sales person was very friendly and helpful and I made a point of explaining in a lot of detail exactly why I needed insurance. I remember clearly asking him more than once if my one Peke would be covered for dental surgery after 30 day waiting period and he clearly articulated to me more than once on the phone that she will be covered. I followed all the rules of this insurer, I am not a vet, and I did not know that a dental procedure counted as a pre-existing condition. And I was assured by the sales guy that I would be re-imbursed. Come claim time they now have all sort of excuses, this is after taking my R6000 annual payment without waiting, but when I claim, oh no, they can't pay. It has been weeks now of to and thro and I asked for the recordings to be sent to me as I know I asked these questions. Still no action. I will never for as long as I live ever insure anything through these useless company and people. Don't sell what you can't deliver. And why don't you go ahead and pay back MY MONEY that you took smiling, knowing that you have ******* me into a policy that means NOTHING. Thanks for making my doggie suffer for 2 months to get her dental as you would have covered it then according to your sales guy, and now guess what, no coverage after all that suffering. You clearly need to go and learn some lessons from proper medical aids. I am done and want my money back so I can find a reliable insurer that actually cares for pets.
