OUTSURANCE PET INSURANCE - STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!

It is actually a shame that I have to give 1 star because, in my opinion, they deserve 0 stars. Outsurance Pet Insurance is the worst Pet Insurance out there. I am on the biggest plan they have, I also took out the Pet Act Out and the Health Booster for my 2 dogs, but I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a claim to be settled. They have an excuse every time and look for every reason in the book not to pay out my claim, I have sent all the documentation they asked for, my veterinarian has sent them all the documentation they asked for, although they did pay a similar claim before and I still have enough money left on my policy for them to pay out this claim as well. They are happy to deduct a huge amount from my bank every month but when it gets to settling a claim they are USELESS. STAY AWAY FROM OUTSURANCE PET INSURANCE. Taking out a policy with them was the biggest mistake of my entire life.
