Outsurance pet insurance not customer friendly

Outsurance pet insurance. I chose outsurance pet insurance because they covered pre -existing conditions. My cat then got diabetes, which is covered. First they threatened to cancel my policy because I much, then they almost doubled my monthly payment. There's a R500 excess fee for every vet visit. My cat now costs almost as much as my car insurance. My other cat is with dotsure. They have paid out much more than outsurance and my policy has never changed, nor have they threatened to cancel it. Why offer pet insurance and when the client claims, not even a quarter of what is allocated to the illness, decide to double the price.
