Outsurance Pet insurance is simply the best. Our claims are always handled so efficiently and promptly. The agents always ask about the wellbeing of our pets and we can’t say how much that means to us. It feels more than just a transaction, it feels like they really care. Wish they would cover vaccines again though. Other than that, we are super happy and impressed.
