Outsurance pet insurance is pathetic.
Pet insurance with outsurance is horrible and sales people and admin clerk both seem to working for two difference companies.
I recently moved on pet insurance with outsurance for my new puppy I got. We were told that outsurance would cover all vaccines or portions of it as well as the sterilization of my dog.
So my dog went for her third vaccine a bout 3 weeks ago and get a call on the 14 Th of September from outsurance saying they will cover the full vaccine which was great however the clerk told me I can only claim again on the 2nd of August of 2022. So I said hold up I was told you would also cover the sterilization and she said no we only cover one claim for routine care once a year which is pathetic cause if you get a puppy you go through 3 vaccines in 12 weeks amd also mayb sterkisation which means they will only cover one of the sterlisation.
My dog has also gotten cherry eye . We spoke to outsurance sales person a 2 months ago who said that we will be covered as it falls under illness. However when I spoke to the lady who phoned me today who said no sorry that would not be covered and will only be covered after 12 months. This is pathetic as I have been in pursuance for the last 4 months and waste of money compare to other pet insurance they are far better.

Our policy wording states: Routine care contributes to the cost of maintaining your pet's health and includes vaccinations, anal gland expressions, as well as voluntary sterilisation.
It further states you can only submit 1 claim per annum for routine care. The document was shared with you.
