Outsurance Pet insurance - Disappointed!!!!
Outsurance don't live up to their policy schedule. They rejected my pet insurance claims with no reasonable explanation. The consultant didn't even understand the policy wording and just decides that my dog had a pre existing condition which she did not have. What a disappointment!!!!

Christi our claims manager has been in contact with your husband to discuss the claim rejection in detail. All calls are recorded, we advised you that pre-existing, hereditary and con******* diseases have a 12 month waiting period. We also advised you to refer to your policy wording for all the specific waiting periods, annual limits etc.
We will always ensure we do the right thing and we owe it to our clients to settle all valid claims.
