Outsurance Pet insurance
After recently joining Outsurance Pet insurance, one of my dogs got bitten by a another dog.
I was really expecting a hard time being a first time claim a month after joining but it was the complete opposite!!!
Outsurance really assisted asap. After logging the claim seamlessly on the app, my claim was approved after 24 hours and paid out within 72 Hours. Nelisiwe from the claims department was really a Star and deserves the recognition.
Well done to outsurance
