OUTsurance pet cover

Not long after I signed up for pet insurance, my pet had an accident and had to go through a traumatic surgery. The Outsurance team (specifically Melissa and Henriette) were excellent - they helped me feel at ease, gave me all the relevant information about the process and helped answer my questions. There were no delays on the claim. I was very impressed with their service, and they helped make a very stressful time, less stressful for me with much of the costs taken care of.
