Outsurance Pet Claim

Had a good experience with Illona from Outsurance, she assisted me with my pet insurance claim. The process was quick and easy; she communicated consistently with me by email and phone. My claim was paid out on Thursday, will the initial interaction being Monday. I felt the excess for an accidental claim was quite high though, hence the 4 stars.
