Outsurance Pet.....

I've been with Outsurance for many years. I added my Pets in 2020. Haven't had any claims on them till 2023. All were small claims. Recently my Dog were sick and I took her too the local vet. She were diagnosed Canine Distemper. She was admitted, blood test done. As a Puppy she had her Injections / Vaccinations. In 2021 she was Micro Cipped and Spayed. She never had a book or proof of these Vacsinations. With the Last Vet visit it Cost us 10K. I claimed it back and it was issues and excuses left right and center From Outsurance Pet. The " vet nurse" qeustioned the the Diagnosis of a Professional Qualified Vet. The Vet advised me to take my Other dog for blood tests as he with in Contact. They did the Blood test, we still waiting for the results. I also claimed for that. Outsurance once again disappointed me, only Paid out less than 30% of the Claim. Didn't even wait for the Results. I personally think it's unprofessional, they only take our money and when it comes to claims they decide what's payable and what not. One's a pets are like your Children, you look after them with all best possible care and love. As a long term Customer +- 9 years I'm really disappointed. If your dog / pet had it Vaccinations please keep the Proof. I've Paid my School fees. My Dog is doing much better, that I'm Grateful for. My Question is : Why should a Dog be Vaccinated every year according to Outsurance Pet Policy if it had all its Previous Vaccinations?? I'm really disappointed with their Service from the Pet insurance department.
