OUTSURANCE PET A JOKE
PET CLAIMS! - are supposed to be easy! Not with Outsurance Pet dept. Getting a passport is easier! You have to wait for them to make contact following submission of claim, call them and they aren"t available! Reply to their emails, still no contact. Easy app - what a joke. I could go to Japan and back quicker than it takes Outsurance to do their job! Highly irritated with my claim experience. Will be looking at moving all my policies.
