I had to take my Pooch to the Vet on Saturday, 07/09/2024 with a swollen face and she was diagnosed with suspected tooth root abscess. She was treated and I received medication to take home and was requested to book her in for the Monday so that she can be admitted for treatment under general anesthesia. I contacted Outsurance early on the Monday morning to confirm whether the treatment will be covered under my Pet Insurance, and I spoke to a very helpful and friendly Ovaya Mayiya whom immediately assisted with the registration of the claim whilst I was on the line. Ovaya guided me throughout the entire claims process and provided me with constant feedback and could answer all my questions without hesitation. Pennie's diagnosis was a fractured top left molar, and dental extraction was necessary due to tooth root abscess formation.
