Outsurance people do not care about their clients.
My mom passed on the 08/08/24 I started with the claim with Outsurance they gave me run around until I had to call them only last week when they said they got the documents. Last week Wednesday, they haven’t made a payout for my claim and my mom isn’t behind by any payment. Their consultant said they’ll call me at 09h30 after I made a follow up call at 08h45 this morning, up until now. A very ****ed with this insurance company if only my mom knew that you guys will us stress am sure she wouldn’t have joined your funeral policy.

02 Sept 2024, 16:36Victor the claims manager wants someone who is at school to confirm the banking details, when the learner comes back he’s no longer there he knocked off. Ow am so ****ed off by Outsurance I wouldn’t advise anyone to take a funeral cover with these people, he said he’ll call at 18h00 if how when he logged off I don’t know. Such unfaithful and lying bunch of employees. 😡😡😡😡😡

02 Sept 2024, 16:50This situation is so upsetting to me, how do you expect a grade 12 leaner to stay at home so that you can call to confirm the banking details for you when y’all are not even reliable, I hate it here… how is he gonna stay at home for that. When I tell victor that this child is in matric and he comes home late, I bet we’ll never do my mom’s unveiling because he said he’ll call when I try to call back he already knocked off… I hate it here!!!
