OUTSURANCE - PENNY WISE AND POUD STUPID

My Ford Ranger's "plastic" bumper and bull bar got damaged. Outsurance only appointed one panel beater in Mossel Bay. Outsurance then only looked at photos and determined the extend of repairs and instruct the panel beater. They authorised "alternative bumper and bar" which does not even LOOK like the original. A day job is now so bad that I don't have my Ranger back after 4 days. Now I am going to make use of the alternative car option in my policy for a week which would not have been necessary if they authorised the original replacement part - penny wise and pound stupid. When you speak on the phone, they are all nice but they don't execute their promises. Poor show and bad service. I was their client
