outsurance payment

My flat wat broken into on the 10th October and I did my claim on the 12th october. An assessor Mr Wimpie Fourie was assigned to me. He came on the 15th to take statement and check losses and on the 20th october all my ****** goods were replaced and later I found out not everything was replaced and I called her and my stuff wasbreplaced.
