Outsurance pay back my money!

<p>Dear Outsurance, <br />Please may someone respond to me regarding car policy refund, for the past 4 months I have been chasing after your team to give me my refund on premiums on vehicles I never had!! Quinten Keys then Mandi Hodi was the manager who was supposed to handle my query, I have been promised over 6 times by telephone and email that my funds will be returned back to me within 3 days. I am very disappointed in the service that you offer, and I will be moving my life policies to other providers as I am not sure in the event of my death if my beneficiaries will be paid as I will not be able to fight you from the grave.<br />Sandra </p>
