Outsurance pathetic service! 😒

Pathetic service. Since the looting happened we submitted a claim and yet nothing has been done to sort out our claims! After multiple emails and phone calls I am just getting ignored. Requested feedback multiple times, weeks go by and nothing happens. Left voice messages, sent emails but nothing happens. How pathetic can they be!
