Outsurance Pathetic Service and empty Promises

On 15/02/15 my power went off and when it came back on my fridge blew up i tried to call outsurance on sunday evening but they only work office hours anyway i called early monday morning 16/02/15 and logged a claim so they sent someone out to collect the fridge at 5pm with no feedback the next day 17/0215 after several calls to Ruan then he said he is waiting for a damage report from their people who took the fridge, after several calls again at around 2pm he finally receives the report and calls me and tells me the claim is rejected because its not a POWER SURGE and LIGHTNING so they going to bring back my broken fridge. When i asked about the contents inside the fridge which was worth about R3500 he said sorry they cannot do anything because the claim is rejected. The next day Wednesday 18/02/15 i called to cancell my policy because they cannot help me when i am in a crisis so Ruan put me thru a person by the name of Carly and she was selling her mouth and talking about WEAR and TEAR so eventually they could not do anything about my fridge and i cancelled my policy. BAD LUCK TO YOU OUTSURANCE YOU LOST A VALUABLE CLIENT WHO IS TAKING HIS INSURANCE SOMEWHERE ELSE. PATHETIC.
