Outsurance - Pathetic lying company
Got quoted on vehicle insurance and was told premium was inclusive of tracking unit only to find out later that I'm liable for the monthly subscription fee and must also sign a 36 month contract. Lying to potential customers to get policies sold. Called Outsurance 3 times to resolve issue without any response from them - just sorry

It was established our advisor did provide you with the discounted premium after having tracking device installed. He did however state you will enter into a contract with the respective tracking company.
