Outsurance pathetic!!!!
My car broke at the beginning may. My car went to the mechanic who could not find the fault. Outsurance asessor came out amd decide my car must go to the dealer . Its been a month without any FEEDBACK!!!! HOW PATHETIC IS THE SERVICE OF OUTSURANCE!!! We keep phoning them without getting any calls back or any feedback

11 Jul 2022, 15:41THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE ! I WAIT A MONTH FOR FEEDBACK, FINALLY AFTER SCREAMING TODAY I GET MY ASSESMENT REPORT!!! TO BE TOLD THAT MY OUTSURANCE WILL NOT PAY OUT MY CAR!!!!!!! and the assumptions made to additional wires from an after market source , MY CAR HAS ALWAYS BEEN SERVICES BY AN AUTHORISED REPAIR CENTRE AND MY BOOK STAMPED !!!!!!!!!! AND THEN THEY SAY MY CAR WERE TAMPERED WITH !!!!! THAT IS BULL ****!!!! I HAVE ALL THE PROOF OF MY CAR GOING TO AN AUTHORISED REPAIR CENTRE FOR SERVICE!!!! THEN THE ASSUMPTIONS MADE BY OUTSURANCE THAT MY ENGINE DID NOT DIE!!!!! SO WHY THE F WOULD I CALL A MECHANIC TO COME AND HELP IF MY CAR DID NOT DIE!!!!! OUTSURANCE IS QUICK TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO PAY THEY REFUSE !!!!!! OUTSURANCE IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!!! MY CAR DIED !!!!! OUTSURANCE I WILL TAKE THIS FUTHER
