Outsurance contracts idiots to amateurs to repair the vehicles, and when querying upon this, I am told the work is in progress. a 2 week job takes 1 and half month and another 20 days to receive stickers from manufacturer. and they take this sort of ****?? Sad really that the company we trust to have swift response to repairing our vehicles after they take our money, to be more professional and aware of 4th grade contractors they appoint to repair our vehicles.
