Outsurance panel beater Trueway panelbeaters have modified the car

Two years ago I convinced my wife to switch to Outsurance because I thought their service would be better. In August this year the car had an accident, my wife claimed for repairs, and the car was sent to Trueway panelbeaters. We had a lot of struggle to get the car back from the panel beaters. We got the car back in October 15th. The car front left and side was repaired including all the lights and they were new according to the panel beater. The car left hand side fog light was working fine before the accident and the front right hand side fog light was not working. On Sunday 28th , I decided to fix the right hand side fog light, then I found that the left hand side fog light was not coming on. I checked the left hand side fog light that was replaced by Trueway panel beaters, I found that they removed the original bulb connector and bypass it by connecting wires direct to the bulb and put a glue to stick the wires. Firstly, this means the car electrical system is now modified and bulb cannot be replaced anymore, secondly if these wires can touch each other the car is in danger of catching fire, the occupants can die and modified car cannot be insured. I took the photos and send the car to Trueway panel beaters. The person I met outside in front of the reception is the same person that gave me a car after repairs a month ago she could even remember me. When I told her how disappointed I am about what they did to the car she told me that she was not the one fixing the car so I must not say she modified my car. She went as far as telling me that they never changed the bulb and told me they are not responsible for it. I got very frustrated and told them that I am going to call the insurance and they told me to go call them they do not care. We shouted each other, they called the cops on me and told me to leave their premises because I am shouting, and I left. My wife reported the issue to Outsurance and spoke to NOMDA NGOMTHI. Email with the photos was sent to NOMDA NGOMTHI. Nomda seems like she called the panel beater because she told my wife that the panel beater says they are scared of me because I have threaten them and they want my wife to personal bring a car without me. It was very surprising that Nomda already took Trueways people’s side, I was also surprised that now because there are issues I’m not allowed to act on my wife’s behalf while I have been dealing with Outsurance and Trueway panel beaters since the accident. I am the one who collected the car after repairs and now only the policy holder that is allowed to speak. We told NOMDA that we do not trust Trueway anymore if she want to help us she must get someone else to fix the car and she refused. We have paid Outsurance high premiums but their service does not match it, they used cheap panel beaters that does even respect customers, cheat the repairs and lie. It’s funny that Outsurance is still forcing my wife to send the car there while Trueway panel beaters already showed them what are they capable of. Before the accident, the car battery was working fine but when it came back, the battery could not charge I had to buy a new battery. What else do want these people to do to this car? It’s funny because I personally have three policies with Outsurance and I have learned now how they treat their clients when it’s time to claim.
