Outsurance paid my access fees and repairs amount

Accident with my car - which was not my fault.<br> Other party didn't want to remunerate for damages but<br> Outsurance assist and paid out an amount to fix the car as well<br> as the access fee<br> Outsurance was very helpful, immediately responded to my emails and calls, even the legal department tried to track down the culprate who caused the accident and his boss who is the responsible person for the guilty part's insurance, because it was 'n company vehicle. But still they did not want to pay the damages on my car, but Outsurance went the extra mile, they really came through for me in this difficult time. I appreciate the monies paid to me, my car have been repaired and I did'nt have to make a loan with lots of interest fees, at least I could've afford it to repair my car with my cash monies received from Outsurance.<br> Thank you to everyone involved, who assisted me in during this difficult time, I did not expect the monies to be paid out into my bank account by Outsurance, but they came through to me, they've explained everything very well to me, I understood clearly, they had very much patience and really are clued up and fast and made it very easy for me to follow through until repair
