We have the norm of enjoying good service alone and not rate it in such platforms. These platforms are not only meant to complain but also to give flowers. Outsurance is best of the best, had an accident called them Monday everything was completed sorted with 3 days simply because I keep my phone on silent am sure it would have been faster. My expectations were met my experience was the best. Even the guy at the assessment centre in willowridge CPT was so kind answered all my questions. My claims advisor such a sweet lady. Outsurance is owesome. Fist accident claim in my life smooth as their staff. Thank you.
