Outsurance = Outstanding- Lock down does not mean shut down

Words cannot begin to explain how utterly impressed I am by Outsurance. I had the misfortune of knocking into my driveway,which is so unlike me,i guess it boils down to this lock down stress, thinking about my risk whilst going to get some essential items.I was dreading calling my insurers and going through that long winding claims process. I was caught off guard with Liz Groenwald being so patient and efficient and understanding in my distress, working from home yet still so efficient. She further directed me to the Assessor and his part and I thought okay here comes the bad part where I am gonna have to repeat everything I say at least 5 times and they are going to give me excuses and so on. To my surprise this was not the case at all, I was in contact with Mr. Suren Bunsee,he was clinical,thorough,professional and on top of his game. I did not even have to waste my calls or beg for service. THE REAL CHERRY ON TOP---- DISCOUNT! They offer a discount now due to people being in financial distress due to Covid 19 and the lock down.

I will never switch my insurers and urge other to join me in getting the most with out!
