OUTSURANCE - OUTSTANDING ALL THE TIME

Outsurance is OUTstanding!!! The only company I have ever engaged with, which will ask you "are you calling from your mobile? Can we call you back? we understand that it might be a long wait time, we are happy to call you back instead"

The only insurance company which is so transparent in their interaction with you. Friendly, comforting and understanding employees all the time, very consistent. They never assume mal intent when lodging a claim. They follow due diligence which is normal but for the most they are outstanding in their turnaround and solving the issues at hand!

I WOULD RECOMMEND OUTSURANCE ANYTIME! THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED AND A GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE TO HAVE IN YOUR CORNER WHEN YOU NEED THEM MOST!!!!!

MOST COMPANIES IN SA SHOULD TAKE A PAGE OUT OF OUTSURANCE BOOK IF YOU REALLY WANT TO UNDERSTAND AND KNOW ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO HANDLE OR TREAT YOUR CLIENTS!
