Outsurance Outstanding accident claim service

I had an accident on 20Mar 24 I really must say that Outsurance's help - from the associated towing truck (Eagle Towing) - to the handling of the claim was efficient and outstanding. Unfortunately as i learned - if the value of the repairs exceeds +-54% of the retail value of the vehicle - the vehicle is written off by Outsurance. Nonetheless I was offered a payment by Outsurance (in lieu of not accepting the write off and retaining the vehicle for private repair) - and Outsurance delivered the vehicle to my panel beater extremely quickly and settled the claim within one day of the agreement. Outstanding and professional service by Outsurance - I was very impressed and quite frankly cannot see it getting better then this!!!
