Outsurance = Outstanding

This morning we contacted outsurance to change a policy to my grandmothers name because my grandfather passed away. We thought this would be a hassle to sort out, but then we spoke to a gentleman (Shannon Harris) and wow! He firstly started off by giving his condolences for our loss. Then he assisted us. His service was absolutely excellent, he was patient, kind and super efficient. If this is the start of our new journey with outsurance, it can only get better with outstanding people like Shannon Harris. Thank you outsurance.
