Outsurance outshines

During these times of hardship, one has to try and cut corners where you can, which resulted in being forced to change insurances to a lower option with an alternative competitor. When calling to reluctantly cancel my policy after nearly 6 years, I was immediately transferred to a consultant who, I must admit, was shocked that I even attempted to leave Outsurance for someone else and for a more competitive premium.<br> <br> However, in keeping with Outsurance's policy and marketing campaign, Eunie went the extra mile and made sure that we had the final say in our decision as to whether we would stay as clients or jump ship. She even went as far as to explain the competitor's policy to me in detail which was something that I did not expect and still she made sure that I was to make the decision that was right for me.<br> <br> Needless to say,she came within literally a few rands of the competitors premium which meant that she saved the day and we remain policy holders and once again look foward to our Outbonus ( God willing)<br> <br> Thanks Eunie for your persistence and understanding!
