Outsurance OUTBonus Late
Outsurance email letter 20 Sept 2021 "Your OUTBonus will be paid to you on 18 Oct 2021".
Outsurance SMS today 18 Oct 2021 : " Congratulations, your OUTBonus will be paid 19 Oct 2021"
Shocking stuff for a company like Outsurance . May I pay by debit order a day later for the next 3 years without arranging or checking with you?
Fix it please.

Our client care manager contacted you. She confirmed the OUTbonus payment has already been made to your account, but we do allow for an additional day, depending on which institute you bank with.
